From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to exchange rates or other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

On occasion, an item may be listed as available on our online store when it is unfortunately out of stock. In this instance, HIATUS FASHION will make every effort to contact the customer to either suggest an alternative or cancel the order and submit a full refund. HIATUS FASHION does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on the Site.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you.
